This Santa Clara project started as an interior remodel project to bring the house up to modern times. One of the owners is also an artist who desired a home office/studio space.

As we worked with the homeowners, we made a small addition to the front entry as well as the kitchen in the rear, incorporating custom-made cabinetry made by the homeowner’s father. We were also able to convert an area next to the garage as a bright and airy artist studio space.
